JT Townsend, author of Queen City Gothic, takes a look at the killer who stole Cincinnati's innocence. In 1966, the Queen City was the hunting ground for a brutal and elusive slayer who preyed on older women, murdering seven and assaulting many others. Presented by JT Townsend on Wednesday, September 17, at 6:30 pm at the Brookville Library. A book signing will follow the program.

Everyone is invited to the 11th Annual Jim True Ford Summer Cruz-in benefiting the Indiana Patriot Guard on Saturday Sept. 20th from 10:00-2:00. The dealership lot, located on US 52 South in Brookville, will be filled with beautiful cars of all years, makes, and models. Door prizes will be given, food will be available, and you can vote for the People's Choice Best of Show. Beginning now through the date of the cruz-in items are being collected for care packages to be sent to active military. Feel free to drop off items in the showroom. All proceeds through food sales and cash donations are given to the Indiana Patriot Guard. Free entry for all participants!
